A bachelor's degree in textile design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is not something to sneeze at, but Kirti Goyal’s quest and connection with artisanal traditions took her beyond classrooms to numerous clusters in India like in Aspura, Bhadohi, and Mirzapur for a more hands-on experience.

This conscious designer, finds value in artisanal work. And her source of inspiration can be found in both stories and visuals for artistic endeavours.

She carries her experiences thorough the stories that are depicted in her work and designs. Her keen observational skills have always been key to her successful design.

With the same unyielding perspective, she looks for details and intricacies in small things, with a great interest in enhancing them with yarn materials, colours, textures, and patterns.
